Ingredient

2 water cup SERA dry beans

2 onions

2 cloves of garlic

1 leek, 1 carrot and 1 celery

4 tablespoon olive oil

3 tomatoes

1 tablespoon SERA pepper paste

1 sugar cube

1 dessert spoon salt

Preparation

Soak the beans one night before. The day after, boil them until they are softened. Fry the diced onions and garlics and chopped vegetables in olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes. Mix pepper paste, sugar cube and salt in some water and add this mix into the pot. Cook for 10 minutes. Add boiled beans and one coffee cup of water you used for boiling and simmer on low heat to your liking.
