Baked Casserole with Vegetables
Ingredient
1,5 kg meat cubes
4 potatoes
3 tomatoes
3 carrots
4 long green peppers
6 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon butter
1 dessertspoon SERA red pepper flakes
1 pinch of SERA black pepper
1 dessertspoon salt
Preparation
Put the meat on the bottom of an earthenware casserole. Then respectively add onions, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and peppers. Grind the garlic and sprinkle it on casserole. Add butter and 1 tea glass of water on. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and cook it on low heat for around 1,5 hours. Check its liquid occasionally, if it is too little you can add some boiled water. Bake the casserole in oven preheated to 200° for 15 minutes.
