Bulgur Pilaf with Chickpeas
Ingredient
1 cup SERA boiled chickpeas
1 cup SERA bulgur for pilaf
1 cube of beef bouillon
2 cup boiled water
1 tablespoon butter
Half a tea glass oil
Preparation
Add the butter and oil in a pot. Once the butter is melted take the chickpeas in the pot and fry. After the chickpeas are fried add the washed bulgur in the pot and fry a bit more. Melt the bouillon cube in 2 cups boiled water and put this mixture in the pot. Cook on low heat until it absorbs the water.
