Chicken Sauté with Sauce
Ingredient
1 chicken breast or chicken thigh
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon SERA tomato paste
1 dessertspoon salt
Half a cup of water
2 tablespoon oil
Preparation
Chop the chicken into small cubes and fry them till they release their water in oil. Chop the onion and pepper and add. Then add tomato paste and fry. Add cubed tomatoes and salt and fry more. Add some water and cook to your liking.
