Ingredient

5-6 medium size potatoes

4-5 branches green onion

2 tomatoes

2 long green pepper

2 cucumbers

1 lemon juice

Half a tea cup olive oil

1 teaspoon SERA black pepper

1 teaspoon SERA red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon salt

Half a bunch dill

Half a bunch parsley

Half a bunch fresh mint or one tablespoon SERA dried mint

Preparation

Boil whole potatoes. Cool them after, peel and chop in cubes. Finely dice green onion, dill, parsley, mint, pepper and cucumbers. Add black pepper, red pepper, salt and olive oil in lemon juice. Mix potatoes with other ingredients and add the sauce, mix without pressing. You can add 1-2 tablespoon SERA vinegar if you wish.
