Spicy Meatballs
Ingredient
500 g ground meat
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
2 slices of a stale bread crumb
Parsley
1 dessertspoon olive oil
Spices for meatball:
1 teaspoon SERA sweet powdered pepper
1 teaspoon SERA hot powdered pepper
2 teaspoon SERA cumin
2 teaspoon SERA coriander
1 teaspoon SERA thyme
Half a teaspoon SERA black pepper
Quarter a teaspoon SERA allspice
2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Grind the onion and the garlic, chop the parsley in very little pieces. Combine all the ingredients in a pot until well mixed and let the mixture rest for one hour. Then, roll pieces as much as a walnut and flatten them. You can cook meatball however you wish.
